As an inspired leader and technology architect, Gerry appreciates how technology can change a company’s culture with how they communicate, conduct business, and plan for the future. A believer in its usefulness, Gerry gives a compelling argument stating that, “…there is a direct ratio between technology spending and a company’s strategic advantage in the marketplace. We really can help position our clients to be successful.” Gerry understands the big picture of the organization and the project at hand. He is adept at explaining and clarifying his vision to our clients and the employees of N’compass.
Although many of Gerry’s primary responsibilities are to lead and prioritize N’compass’ strategic initiatives, he is a thoughtful and visible leader. Unrelenting in his persistence for excellence, Gerry manages by fostering a collaborative environment and supportive culture. He believes that great teams can accomplish more than any one person and the best reward for hard days work is time with family and friends – truly a philosophy to live by.
