N'compass is providing IP Telephony consulting for United Way 2-1-1™, a free and confidential service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dawie Hyman, the Twin Cities Chief Information Officer at the United Way says, "N'compass helped navigate a very complex project involving a multi-region telephony system.
